Calorimeter for Soft X-Ray Plasma Sources.

Abstract

A calorimeter for soft X-ray plasma sources is discussed in theory, design, and operation. The receivers are metallic and are limited to radiation above 60 eV in a windowless mode. The absorbed radiant energy is transferred by means of a bimetallic thermocouple junction, which in turn is analyzed on a standard microvoltmeter. (Author)
