Quasi-Steady State CO2-Laser with Pulse Excitation,

Abstract

A number of methods make it possible to obtain significant values of the population inversion in lasers in a CO2-N2-He mixture. In this research a laser model is described which is associated predominantly with pulse excitation of molecules in a discharge with a nonequilibrium emission of a supersonic jet in a vacuum.
