Numerical Abundance of Dominant Copepods from the Northeast Pacific Ocean: Columbia River Effluent Area 1963.

Abstract

The report contains results of analyses on the species composition of copepods off the coasts of Washington and Oregon. It is based on the examination of 349 zooplankton samples obtained from March to December, 1963, with special reference to the Columbia River plume. Results are presented as number of zooplankton per cubic meter. A checklist of copepod species identified from these samples is also included. (Author)
