Approximations for a Service System with Non-Independent Interarrival Times.

Abstract

The paper provides simple, readily computable approximations for the limiting behavior of the waiting-time process in a queueing system having a certain scheme of non-independent interrival times. The results are obtained without recourse to stringent distribution assumptions. (Author)
