Recruiting and Retention for Reserve Components of an All-Volunteer Army.

Abstract

The essay studies the impact of an All-Volunteer Army on its Reserve Components and to seek solutions to the major problems, recruitment and retention. An analysis is made of these problems to determine what incentives and other requirements may be necessary in order to attract new enlistments and to retain qualified personnel.
