Analysis and Evaluation of Radome Materials and Configurations for Advanced RF Seekers

Abstract

The report describes the results of a research program to select, analyze, and evaluate various radome materials and configurations in order to determine a preliminary design of a radome which can be used with advanced RF seekers operating over the 8.0 to 18.0 GHz frequency band and physically constrained for operation in a five-inch (outside) diameter missile.
