Abstract
A step-by-step procedure for attaching aluminum end fittings to 6-inch circumference, double-braided nylon hawser using epoxy resin is presented. The fitting provides a more compact termination for the hawser than an eye splice. The report also describes the materials required for connecting the fitting and a narrated training film that shows the main steps in connecting a fitting. (Author-PL)
