Abstract

The essentials of charge-control bipolar transistor models and their extension to the Gummell and Poon model are included together with initial comments upon their application to nonlinear transfer function determination. Basic properties of JFET and MOSFET theoretical models are also reviewed and the shortcomings, with respect to nonlinear models, are discussed briefly. (Author)
