Abstract

The NATO Institute was held from 5 to 14 September 1973. Approximately 110 participants from 14 countries attended. Principal subject matter cover was: dc Machines and Propulsion; Transmission of Electrical Energy; High Field Magnet Research and Development; Practical Superconducting Materials; High Speed Magnetic Levitation and Propulsion; Present Large Scale Applications of Superconductors; ac Machines and Cryogenics.
