Contribution of Mathematical Models to Optimizing Volume Feeding Decisions.

Abstract

Mathematical models clarify the issues involved in the measurement of food preferences and the use of this information to optimize the menus served to captive populations. A common interest exists between food managers and management scientists in the use of computers for achieving higher quality and better control in food service operations by these means. (Author)
