Molecular Beam Studies of Atomic Collisions.

Abstract

A summary of the research performed over the period 1 September 1969 - 31 December 1973 is presented. Most of the work consisted of studies of ion-molecule reactions by merging-beams techniques. Species involved included Ba, O, N2, O2(+), NO(+), N2(+), N(+), and O(+). In addition, a study was made of associative ionization in collisions of He(*) with H2. (Modified author abstract)
