Evaluaton of Runway Skid-Resistance Characteristic at Bitburg Air Base, Germany.

Abstract

Data gathered during the Air Force Weapons Laboratory's standard skid-resistance test conducted at Bitburg AB, Germany, on 12 November 1972 are analyzed. The test results indicate the runway surface had good skid-resistance properties, and no corrective action was indicated at the time of the test. (Author)
