Multiple Target Steerable Telemetry Tracer System (MUSTRAC).

Abstract

The report documents the successful design, fabrication and test of an Advanced Development Model of a Multiple Target Steerable Telemetry Tracker System (MUSTRAC). The MUSTRAC System has the capability of acquiring, tracking, and recording data from four independently maneuvering telemetry sources over a 50-degree solid angle. The report describes the MUSTRAC system which forms multiple simultaneous beams completely filling the required 50-degree solid angle and which, under control of a small computer, tracks four sources by a combination of switching and combining of these beams.
