Abstract
The final report contains a general review of the six year operation including the names of graduate research assistants who earned advanced degrees, with abstracts of doctoral dissertations in an appendix; a listing for the six-year period of papers presented at meetings, journal papers published, and other publications; and research reports. Titles of the research reports are the following: Noise radar; Theoretical studies of ion populations in clouds; Calculations of electrical effects at the boundaries of electrically charged clouds; Atmospheric pressure studies; Radon studies; Cosmic ray experiment (detection of coincident EM and optical signals from extensive air showers).
