Abstract
The report covers four quarterly intervals from 1 January 1973 through 31 December 1973. The effort during this calendar period has been directed primarily toward testing and troubleshooting of the engineering model. Appropriate design modifications growing out of this work were concurrently incorporated in the hardware under construction and the documentation for the ET/ST models. Highlight areas of the debugging and troubleshooting activities for this calendar period have been in the antenna coupler, receiver spurious responses and transmitter intermodulation. Construction and test of modules and subassemblies for the first group of three ET/ST models has also been a significant activity during this period. (Author)
