Nationalism in the Republic of the Philippines.

Abstract

The study traces the history of nationalism and its influence on the lives of the Filipino people. Particular emphasis is given to the factors that shaped its development from 1898 to the present, especially where it relates to the Republic's economic and foreign relations vis-a-vis the United States.
