The One Army Reserve Concept.
Abstract
The Reserve components constitute almost one-third of the forces required to support the contingency war plans. The Army's Reserves are currently organized and administered under a two-component system which is complicted, duplicative and costly. In considering the pending all-volunteer army, the purpose of the thesis is to determine the feasibility of reorganizing this system into a one Army Reserve Component. (Author)
