ELAS65 Computer Program for Equilibrium Problems of Elastic-Thermoplastic Solids and Structures.
Abstract
A general purpose digital computer program, named ELAS65, for the in-core solution of the nonlinear equilibrium problems of solids and structures is described. Standard ELAS65 assumes time independent elastic-plastic materials of the Mises type, with isotropic work hardening, and temperature dependent yield stress. Based on the ELAS75 program, this program also takes into account the effective-stress/cumulative-plastic-strain data, and the temperature/yield-stress data. This report contains user instructions, the basic documentation of the program, theory, and sample problems. (R.B.-PL)
