Vietnam Pull-Out, Then What.

Abstract

The vocal and violent expression by various segments of the American public for a Vietnam pull-out prompted this essay as an examination of the effect of a precipitate pull-out and as a search for an alternate Pacific Region strategic policy for the United States. (Modified author abstract)
