Cost-Overruns in Military Hardware. An Analysis of Cause.
Abstract
The factors involved with cost-overrun in weapons system development and production are discussed and analyzed. Data was gathered from the literature, including press and Congressional sources. A diagrammatic flow model is developed and used in analysis. The factors of cost-overruns are identified and analyzed. (Modified author abstract)
