HF/DF Chemical Laser Component Program.

Abstract

The objective of this program was to provide the Air Force Rocket Propulsion Laboratory and Air Force Weapons Laboratory new components and/or refurbish existing components for Chemical Laser Test Systems. During the course of the program, two laser nozzle arrays were repaired, a multiple-nozzle block was fabricated to a United States Air Force Academy drawing, a combustor and adapter section was designed and fabricated to be compatible with the Taper Facility at RPL, and a 16:1 area ratio wind tunnel model was designed and fabricated.
