Isolation and Characterization of Plasmodial and Babesial Antigens.

Abstract

The previously developed continuous flow ultrasound procedure has been adapted for freeing Plasmodium berghei to Babesia microti and B. rodhaini. The authors have studied the free parasites by complement fixation techniques, by morphologic means, and by biophysical means.
