Priority Ordering of Real Property Maintenance and Repair Projects.
Abstract
The purpose of the report was to review a proposed rating system, comment on its composition, and make recommendations for its use to establish an impartial priority ordering of real property maintenance and repair projects for budgetary planning. As a part of the review, comments from several activities of the system were integrated. While obtaining activities' comment quantifiable factors were also obtained and used to determine expenditure levels within general categories of shore facilities. (Author)
