A Ferroelectric,

Abstract

The patent concerns a ferroelectric based on a two-component system, for example potassium niobate and sodium niobate. It differs in that, for the purpose of increasing the piezoelectric modulus and sensitivity of the material in the receiving mode and decreasing porosity, into the composition of the above mentioned material is introduced a third component in the form of potassium germanate and sodium germanate, while the components of the furnace charge are taken in the following per cents by weight: potassium carbonate, 19.0-17.00; sodium carbonate, 14.5-12.65; niobium pentoxide, 65-69.1; and germanium oxide 1.1-025.
