Submillimeter Spectroscopy of Semiconductors,

Abstract

Possibilities are considered for carrying out studies of semiconductors on submillimeter waves, using a high-resolution spectrum based on back-wave tubes. The results of the study carried out on the spectra of excited states of minute impurities, D(-)(A(+))-centers and free excitons in germanium are presented.
