Sequential Search of Optimal Dosages for Non-Interactive Repetitive Models: I. Unknown Intercepts.

Abstract

The problem of the sequential determination of optimal dosages is, studied for a non-interactive repetitive model. Each patient has its own optimal dosage. The dosage-logtoxicity regression lines are linear. Those of different patients have different unknown intercepts (slopes known). Bayes sequential adaptive procedures of search developed. (Author)
