Ferroelectric Material Polarization,

Abstract

The proposed invention is relevant to the area of radio electronics in particular to the technology of polarizing seignettoelectric (Rochelle salt) materials. There are known methods of polarizing seignettoelectric materials based on their heat processing and on producing in them a constant electric field. The purpose of the present invention is to raise stability of the seignettoelectric material parameters and to increase its piezoactivity with the raised conductivity below the Curie point, being not less than 10 to the 10th power/ohm-cm.
