Prospects and Scientific Problems of the Application of Methods of Direct Electrical Power Acquisition from Chemical Fuels,

Abstract

The fundamental prospects for the use of electrochemical generators, which convert the chemical energy of fuel into electrical energy are examined. The optimal areas of their application in comparison with other energy sources are determined. Comparisons are conducted for a series of criteria, including technical-economical. A survey is given of the fundamental problems (theoretical, experimental, technical) which appear in the process of creating ECG.
