Abstract
Automotive transportation in the Soviet Union is continually being supplemented with new, improved models of rolling stock. In recent years, all plants of the automotive industry have turned to the production of new or modernized models of rolling stock having higher technical and operating qualities. The number of models is continually increasing in accordance with the operational requirements. The handbook contains necessary information on the basic parameters of rolling stock presently in operation, the nomenclature and quality of operational materials, tires and electrical instruments, and also certain other information which can prove to be useful for workers in the field of automotive transportation.
