Multimillion Word Data Bases: A Preliminary Report. Volume 1.

Abstract

Statistics are provided on word distribution and word type for three one-million word data bases. Cumulative statistics are provided for a two and a three million word data base. Consonant clusters, word length, and letter frequencies are given for the traditional natural portion of the vocabulary. (Author)
