Two-Component Supersonic Flow around Slender Bodies (Obtekanie Tonkikh tel Dvukhkomponentnym Sverkhavukovym Potokom),

Abstract

When solving the problem of a two-component supersonic flow around slender bodies it is useful to proceed from a theory of the motion of multicomponent media. For isothermal flow the sound velocities are constant for both phases. This problem was solved earlier in the laboratory using the method of characteristics in the presence of boundary conditions analogous to a single-component flow.
