Underwater Radio Electronics

Abstract

The booklet acquaints the reader with one of the important areas of radio electronics, hydroacoustics, which is based on the use of acoustic waves in water. The book considers the main characteristic features of sound wave propagation in oceans and seas and discusses the principle of operation and construction of acoustic antennas and other hydroacoustic equipment components.
