Abstract

The general conclusions reached by the ARPA Workshop on Needs of the Department of Defense for Catalysis are that national direction and guidance of catalytic research is essential in order that the DOD attain self-sufficiency in military fuel and petrochemical needs, and that ARPA should play a leading role in this effort.
