Ventilation Capabilities of the Kirby Demand/Open Circuit Helmet Model D-D-3,

Abstract

Kirby Model D-D-3 demand/open circuit divers' helmets were submitted to NAVSDIVINGU for certification of safety as a diver's breathing apparatus. The helmets were subjected to a series of tests designed to determine the adequacy of ventilation in a free flow mode. (Author)
