Investigation of Fluorescence Based Systems for Detection of Morphine in Urine.
Abstract
Conditions for extraction of morphine free base from urine were optimized. Procedures for derivatization of the morphine extracted from urine with dansyl chloride and also with isatoic anhydride were developed. Methods for separation of the fluorescent morphine from other urinary constituents were investigated. (Author)
