A New Approach to Personnel Camouflage and Concealment via 3-D and Flat-Optics,

Abstract

The report covers the application of flat-optics to camouflage. Three methods for applying flat plastic lenses 3-D materiel to countersurveillance are discussed along with studies of stereo, available materials manufacture and information sources. This area has been ignored up to this date. The report shows one type is almost immediately available. Others are feasible but require funding and a longer elapsed time period. (Author)
