Transition Plan for Automated Communications System Planning Engineering and Control (COMSPEC-A) (1973-80).
Abstract
The major actions and policy decisions that are required to implement the recommendations of the Communication Planning, Engineering and Control study are presented in the transition plan. These actions and decisions have been grouped into the five categories of hardware, software, doctrine and publications, personnel and training and funding. They cover the transition from the present manual unstructured COMSPEC through an improved manual system to an automated support system. The transition plan is summarized in the schedule of actions and decisions shown.
