Communications Planning, Engineering, and Systems Control (SYSCON) Study.
Abstract
The purpose of the study was to develop a standardized communications management position for the United States Army, and to develop documentation to support training changes, doctrine changes, and unit organizations. A management concept was developed which standardized procedures, improved circuit/system restoral time, and saved hardware and personnel. (Modified author abstract)
