Satellite Observed Cloud Cover in Southeast Asia - A Digest.

Abstract

The paper is a digest of a study which was designed to develop applications for satellite cloud observations to military operations in Vietnam south of 20 degrees N. The primary objective was the development of techniques to assist in mesoscale weather analysis and prediction, for both air and ground military operations.
