Shock Waves in Axissymmetric Twisted Flows,

Abstract

The purpose is to examine the supersonic axisymmetric twisted flow of an inviscid compressible gas. It is assumed that in such a flow a shock wave exists. From the condition of axial symmetry, it follows that the surface of the shock should be axisymmetric. The area of interest is the flow in direct proximity to the shock wave.
