Problem of the Optimization of the Geometric Parameters of a Turbine Stage during the Twisting of the Fixed and Moving Blades,

Abstract

The perfecting of the flow part of contemporary turbine stages is provided mainly by two methods: the use of vane cascades with great aerodynamic characteristics, and mutual agreement of the geometric parameters of the cascades in order to guarantee optimum efficiency of modes for their joint operation. Especially significant is the importance of the latter factor in stages with relatively long blades where for an increase in the efficiency of a stage different forms of twists of fixed and moving blades are used.
