Abstract

Mobilization planning of Reserve Components units has been a subject of considerable discussion. The essay addresses the current problems of efficiently integrating the Army National Guard Alert and Mobilization plans with the mobilization and contingency plans as outlined by DA with the Active Army Installation and/or theater commander.
