Abstract

The report is a collection of background papers that describe the basis for the analysis of damage to the inland forests of South Vietnam. The task of the forestry study team was to examine the impact of military defoliation in Vietnam upon the inland forests in terms of their short-term and long-term utility as sources of materials useful to the nation and its people.
