Numerically Determined Green's Functions for Toruslike Configurations.

Abstract

General Green's functions are derived for the current distribution on toruslike configurations. They are determined either by specifying the potential on the surface or the total surface current. For cylindrically symmetric surfaces an integration over the angle can be performed analytically. The Numerical solution of the integral equation is achieved for two- and four-coil systems, where a current is given in one coil and the potential is zero at the surface of the other coil. Numerical results are shown. (Author)
