Air Force Technology Transfer for Non-Defense Needs

Abstract

The study addresses the transfer of Air Force developed technology for non-defense needs in terms of the relevant policies, regulations, and procedures; the present level of participation; and the barriers and benefits related to an expanded technology transfer program. Proposed solutions and recommendations for the implementation of an integrated technology transfer program are offered.
