Sequential Immunization against Group B Arborviruses.

Abstract

Primates immunized sequentially with 17D Yellow Fever vaccine, an attenuated strain of Langat virus followed by an attenuated strain of dengue 2 virus, protected them against subsequent challenge of large concentrations of heterologous Group B arboviruses. Such a procedure, however, did not protect primates against low concentrations of heterologous Group B arboviruses. (Author)
