User's Manual for QUANTO - A Weapon Allocation Code

Abstract

The report provides instructions for using the QUANTO computer code, a code developed within the Analysis Division of the Air Force Weapons Laboratory (AFWL) to study the vulnerability of aircraft flushing from a nuclear attack from a force of sea-launched ballistic missiles (SLBMs). The structure of the input deck, the array dimensions of concern to the user, the special significance of selected input parameters, and the required job control language are described.
