Career Anchors and Career Paths: A Panel Study of Management School Graduates.
Abstract
The report describes a ten year follow-up study of a sample of 44 graduates of the Sloan School of Management. A set of career anchors is conceptualized to describe the career dynamics of these men and some correlates of the career anchors are identified. (Modified author abstract)
