Low Microwave Frequency Passive Components.

Abstract

The objective of the program is the development of several microstripline components and associated TTL compatible integrated circuit control devices where applicable; 3 dB Quadrature hybrid; 20 dB directional coupler; SPDT switch; Voltage controlled amplitude modulator; and frequency translator. The second quarter design and development progress of several microwave integrated circuit components is described. (Modified author abstract)
