Automated Financial Analysis for Government Program Offices,
Abstract
The report describes an organization which contracts for both research and development activity and subsequent acquisition contracts. After this description, the paper suggests a practical method for improving the flow of financial and schedule information from the private contractor to the government office. Finally, it describes a computer analysis program which is currently being used to verify and analyze contractor schedule and financial information and to prepare projected price at completion estimates.
